Abdel graduate from University of Manchester in 1990. He went on to work within the NHS for six years in Colchester & Ipswich, before setting up and running a successful dental practice in Trinidad. Abdel worked with the University of West Indies Dental School with final year students, as Clinical supervisor, part time, for 2 years. upon returning to East Anglia in 2004, Abdel joined the practice. Abdel is interested in all aspects of general dentistry, as well as implantology, and strives to create a warm, friendly and relaxed environment for all his patients, especially those of a nervous disposition. He likes to tinker with auto mechanics and enjoys golf when time permits, whiles trying to spend as much family time with his wife and three children.

Amy is a friendly and experienced dentist who is committed to delivering the best care for her patients. She graduated from King’s College London and furthered her training at London’s Guy’s Hospital before dividing her time between NHS and private practices.
Her first priority is always to address her patients' concerns and utilise her expertise to help them achieve the results they want. Amy is passionate about cosmetic dentistry including composite bonding and smile makeovers, cosmetic braces using Invisalign, facial aesthetic treatments with anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Each patient's needs, wellbeing and safety is at the very centre of everything Amy does and with over 10 years of experience in the profession, she still strives to deliver the most advanced and up-to-date practice.
In her spare time, Amy is kept busy by her twin children and enjoys cooking, baking, music and television.

Nicola has been a dental nurse since 1997. She has worked for this practice since 2004, which has been a friendly enjoyable environment to work in. Nicola feels it's important to make all patients feel welcome and at ease.
In her free time she enjoys being a nail technician and when she's not doing that she loves spending time with her family, and fur babies.

Veronica has been nursing since 2016, qualified in 2017. Before joining us she worked at a very busy practice in London.
She now works along side Mr Khan.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Her interests are health/beauty & travelling.

Practice Manager
Korren has been with Portman Dental for 6 years, from being a trainee dental nurse, treatment coordinator and working her way up to Practice Manager.
Korren loves being part of the team and is always happy to help out any of the girls when needed. She works hard and loves dealing with patients and making them feel settled, especially when they are nervous!
Korren loves spending time being a busy mum to her 2 children. She loves being out in the sunshine and going on holidays with her family.
Receptionist
Carly joined the practice in November 2020 as Assistant Practice Manager, and enjoys being an integral part of the team.
Away from the practice Carly loves to spend time with her family and friends. She loves walking/reading and most recently decided that her new hobby will be to travel as much as possible.
